I finally bought a regular coloured coat (as opposed to my usual wild array of coat colours) as well as the ubiquitous oversized tartan scarf. Both are from Boden and, apart from the coat not having pockets (What's up with that, manufacturers? It seems some sort of trend these days....coats with no pockets...tsk!), both are perfectly lovely.

nice layering and nice hair style! I actually love the whole look. your scarf, coat, sunnies, sneakers... but coats without pockets piss me off too because I need pockets. where should I put my hands, keys, phone when there are no pockets???

I think everything needs to have pockets, so a coat without pocket sounds disappointing. But hey, it's still a gorgeous color and cut, and will keep you warm :)

This post makes me smile.. I have the same bag in darker tan somewhere in the closet. I haven't seen it a while due to the weight but it is a well made bag definitely. If only it is lighter, I'd use it as travel bag to carry on board. That would be perfect! Maybe I'll take it out for a spin today :) By the way I love this whole ensemble, definitely cool!
